Photographer and co-founder of the M.Y.O.P. Agency (2005), which he directed from 2009 to 2015, Lionel Charrier is now photo editor of Libération. He was the founder and co-artistic director of the Tbilisi Photo Festival until 2014.
A secondary resident of the Normandy coast and a loyal visitor to Planches Contact, Lionel Charrier joined the jury in 2019.
