Exhibition Outside the walls: Caimi & Piccinni exposed in Rome!

The photographic series "In the Presence of Absence" by photographers Caimi & Piccinni, produced as part of the 12th edition of the festival Planches Contact is the subject of a pop-up exhibition presenting 50 large format prints at the Interzone gallery in Rome from January 21 to 30.

Through a personal, fluid and almost literary narrative, the Franco-Italian photographic duo interweaves the lives of men in their present and past history with that of nature, plants, animals, the sea and the tides.This dialogue between man and nature, which is strongly present in their work, constitutes the scenario, the framework of the stories they tell through their contrasting images.

The book of the project, published by Bessard, will also be presented on this occasion. The vernissage with a signing session will be held on January 21st at 6pm!
