Nicola Fioravanti wins the Tremplin Jeunes Talents 2024 Audience Award

The Prix du Public Tremplin Jeunes Talents 2024 de Planches Contact was awarded this year to Nicola Fioravanti for his project Normandy, Colors Only. The prize, awarded thanks to votes cast by festival visitors, honors the photographer's work, which captivated audiences with its unique artistic approach and chromatic exploration of Normandy.
This distinction is in addition to the Prix du Jury Tremplin Jeunes Talents 2024, which was awarded to Cloé Harent by the festival jury, chaired by photographer Sarah Moon. The People's Choice Award highlights a second strong artistic vision, this time driven by the appreciation of the festival's many visitors.
In her project, Nicola Fioravanti transforms color into the protagonist, fusing matter and light to celebrate Normandy's unique chromatic palette. From the beaches of Deauville-Trouville, evoking the Impressionists, to the modern architecture of Le Havre, his work reveals a contemporary and sensitive vision of the region.
Nicola Fioravanti, an Italian photographer living in Paris, has won numerous awards, including the Sony World Photography Awards and the Tokyo International Foto Awards, and has been exhibited in renowned venues such as London's Somerset House. His work is regularly published in international media such as Vogue, Forbes and La Repubblica.
